This website, www.asastechs.com (the “website”), is provided by Advanced Systems and Assurance Solutions Company (“ASASTechs”, “we”, “us”), Commercial Registration No. 7055314244, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the website you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information only, not advice

The website contains general information about ASASTechs and its services. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax, audit or technical advice, and it does not create a client or advisory relationship. Before making any decision or taking any action that might affect your business, you should obtain advice on your specific situation. See our legal disclaimer.

3. Use of the website and its content

You may view, download and print pages for your own information and for considering our services. You must not use the website in a way that is unlawful, that harms the website or its users, that copies or scrapes its content systematically, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system connected to it.

The ASASTechs name, logo and the content of the website belong to ASASTechs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Names of standards, frameworks and organisations belong to their owners and are used only to describe the references our work follows. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission.

4. Enquiries and requests for proposal

Sending an enquiry or a request for proposal does not create an engagement, a contract or any obligation on either side, and does not make you a client. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Our forms open your own email app; the message is sent by you from your own account, and the website stores nothing.

Please do not send us confidential information, including documents you consider confidential, until we have agreed in writing how it will be handled; we are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement first. Information you send before then is treated with ordinary business care, under our privacy policy, but not under a duty of confidentiality.

5. Careers

CVs and career enquiries are handled under our privacy policy. Sending a CV does not create any obligation on ASASTechs to interview or hire.

6. Links to other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

7. Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the website accurate, up to date and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
